Aint nothin to be nervous about OR really, "embarrassed" about. Man up and call and apologize for the foul up. People make mistakes, and people forget things from time to time. When they do, they need to own up to them. He owes it to my kid to at least call her and apologize for forgetting to call her to let her know not to wait. That's the LEAST he should/could do. She is truely appreciative of him offering the job in the first place, but just like me, she's a bit miffed that he would just totally blow her off like that after telling her she had the job and to wait for him to call her with a start date.
