There's no credit check, there's no first/last/deposit. It's a $60 application fee to apply for the apartment, and you need a parent to co-sign for you (unless you pay the lease in full upfront).

It's a two bedroom apartment, with seperate leases for each room. Each room has it's own bathroom/shower. They share a small living room and kitchen (it's not as tiny as UF's dorms though), and they have washer/dryer by the kitchen in a closet. Small outside patio on the bottom floor. Comes fully furnished.

Leases are like $525/month, covered parking is another $25. Internet/cable/utilities included in that.
