A lot of the stage 3 cars have had the engines almost entirely rebuilt, new seals, gaskets, TB, WP, etc. If you can get a good deal with ample maintenance records I'd go for one. Unfortunately stage 3 was a bit out of my price range so I have to settle for my stage 2.
I will upgrade the turbos either way but the stage 3 comes with good add ons. I have a lot of plans for one.
