Yeah, not something you would see without taking the o2 housing off, not a big deal. I could probably weld on it but I think another housing is easy enough to get a hold of. The turbine wheel looks awesome though, I think the turbo is in excellent shape otherwise. I almost just put that whole assembly on the motor, probably would have spooled for shit and ran out of breath fast, would have been guessing for sure.
