Default steering problem?? jerks to left not just a pull but a violent jerk

It is a 93 civic hatchback, motor is swapped to jdm b20b, tranny is as i was told b16 tranny with lsd. Car drove fine, hit a couple nasty bumps the other day on interstate, bumps were due to road work. now steering wheel will jerk to left not just pull but jerk, does it when i hit gas. If i let off put clutch in it goes away. Also when it jerks every jerk theres a click noise. I just replaced the rack and pinion. tie rod ends seem fine didnt seem bent. ball joints however look a little rough but theres no play, upper ball joints also seem fine. driver side axle does have rip in boot. Any ideas of what this can be?? also it doesnt do it right away only after a few minutes of driving. Could it be cv axle, a ball joint, wheel bearing, even brakes?? anything will help. need this fixed asap!!! thanks
