if you have access to a welder, you can add material to the broken bolt with out damaging the block if you are careful, steel will not stick to aluminum... just saying....

add enough material to where you can get a pair of vise grips onto it, or you can weld a bolt to it and loosen it that way.... assuming its accesible...
