Sounds like the "mechanic" at the tire shop (really who does that?) screwed something up. I would take it to uro tuning and let them scan it, they should be able to point you in the right direction with what parts you're gonna need. How are you priming the fuel system? You can't flood it unless you have an injector sticking open. First thing I would look for is any loose wires/connections in the area they should have been working in. Look for any signs of someone trying to cover up a screw up.
