My gf has an 03 Jetta. The whole thing is pretty much factory but she wanted to put an intake on so she went the ebay route and got a cold air intake from OBX or whatever. Anyways to make a long story short it threw the EPC and Check Engine light on so she went to Lokey VW and they said it read 3 codes and it was Throttle Body Assembly, MAF sensor, and Crankshaft Sensor. Could this have happened because the computer isnt used to the new increase in airflow reading on the MAF sensor? Im really confused. If anyone could chime in and point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Oh and I already did a search and could not find much. Thanks!
