The coolant is fine, its not milky or oily. I work for a fast lube, and I flushed the coolant myself, there are no air pockets.

Its doesnt blow any smoke out of the exhaust.

If the fan and thermostat are mechanical, the temp sensor has nothing to do but register how hot everything is.
