i found out today that the state of fl decided not to file 2 counts of grant theft on these two persons due to "lack of evidence" and both have the same story of how they "had no knowledge the motorcycles were stolen" even though ignition was hot wired, plates were missing, a ruined custom paintjob on the busa, and a missing engine in the kawasaki.

when will justice be served...?
