thats why i didnt buy the car. its called a basket case. always results in unexpected headaches when buying a car in parts like that.
if fluid is coming out it sounds like the install was botched. the torque converter has two sets of splines that need to line up. sounds like only one set was and it was forced together. just a guess from where I am sitting.
