Yes. Every TR member that has expressed interest has flaked. There are three members of my car club who have expressed interest, but only one is local. His wife has since changed his mind. However, the other two members are still interested, but they will not be in the area until August. If you come view the car, decide you would like to purchase it, I will likely accept your offer.
