Worthless to who? You? It would be worth it for me. Unless your shelling cash for the Dyno time plus having some one reburn the chips on the fly for a few hours to squeeze out 1-2 hp here or there. I Not saying that your method is not a better way of tunning just that it is not always practicle. But I would hardly say that a chipped P28 with a decent program is worthless. If anything I would have one socketed and buy several chips to try out. But if you got the money for all that tunning then just buy a hondata or aem. It will probably cost the same as paying someone to rechip + dyno time. but on his particular set up I dont see the need for a stand alone. He probably could use all that money to make his car faster in more signifficant ways.
