actually, let me set you straight on the history of meeting at books. when I was in high school (03-04 ish) my friends and I began meeting there on saturday nights as a neutral place between where we all lived. slowly more and more peop bega coming out, other groups car clubs ect. then we wee run off from all these new people coming out doing stupid stuff. then we moved down to the lake miriam publix plaza to meet up with anothe group of friends who met there. well the bandwagon followed and after a nice little airsoft gun war that customers of the nearby publix beleived was a real gun fight and having the parking lot surrounded by cops with guns drawn searching everyone, we decided it was time to find a new place. we then began meeting at best buy on the north side and met there for over a year with no issues. even had large meetings of groups from out of town join us, with no problems. then the ricers and riff raff began filtering in there too and th stupidity insued and cost us our meting place there. so it ws back to books we went. and same thing for well over a year us "low rider guys" met there peacefuly and respectfully wit no problems. infact one of our guys in our group knows the owner of the gold's gym there now and ok'ed it with him or us to be there. then again it became the place where everyone met. and once again, once the ricers and random people started coming in, it screwed it up for everyone. so don't lump us in with the people who "came in messing it up". because we were there for a long time before any of you were, so don't say WE came in screwing up YOUR meeting. nice try though.
oh and btw the people who are "serious" about racing go to the track, or a nice certain desolate road on the north side where the real money races are
Ok I read this just before leaving for the track last night and I was thinking wtf? Then I decided naah, I'm not even gonna respond to this B.S. right now, and then left for the track.
Anyways, please allow me to set your dumb ass straight (even though a few of my friends have already started). First off, I've been going out, meeting up, and racing with other racing people since before you were even born!!!! Next, just like yblegal said, we were hanging out long before you low riders were even around. OUR group has been moving from place to place trying to get away from YOU (and all the other ass tard groups like yours) ever since YOUR group started hanging out, and actually before! It seems like after the first dumb as fast and furious movie came out, everything just turned to poop with all the ricers and dumb asses coming out from everywhere!
I remeber hangin out at best buy when I was one of only 3 or 4 import cars out there, and the rest were all domestics. Then came a few ricers, and then after the movie, all hell broke loose. We had fart cans, blinkie lights, wings, and stickers coming out all around us, then the dark shadow racing club (lmao) started hanging out there too. They were cheap entertainment for us tho. They used to meet up somewhere down the road and then come into best buy in a big line and drive all thru the lot and then go up to the front and all park in formation like some kinda ass tards.
Even tho they were called dark shadow RACING, they would never race anyone because they were all slow as ballz!
All they ever did was just stand by their cars with their cool guy frowns on.
Oh, and durring this time in the early 2000's, I met Jamie (drivermod03) at the dragstrip, and then other guys like T-roy (yblegal) and some others that have since all become the group that we have now.
And as for what you said about lake miriam publix, we planned this move over at jamie's house after looking at several places that might be a good spot, we decided on publix, and then called everyone in our group and told them that we're gonna meet there and let the ass tards have books all to their selves.
Just like troy said, it was US who started meeting there to get away from all of you, but you all followed!!! Then we went across the street to K mart, only to have all of you follow again!!!! and so on and so on.
long story short, everywhere we go to get away from you, you always follow! end of story!
Oh, and one more thing. You low riders are some of the worst offenders of the stupid shit stuff! 1. You have loud fart cans on your SLOW trucks!
2. You blast out all the loud dumb ass rap shit that pisses the normal citizens off, for miles down the road! 3. You spin donuts in the parking lot!
4. You all have rev up constets in the parking lot! 5. You go out on the road and drive by back n forth with your trucks all the way down to make tons of sparks come out from under! (that's just wayyyy cool! NOT!!!)
Anyways, with all that said, the last thing to say to you is STEP OFF !!!!!!
