In reference to the slicks, the helped me drop my stock turbo Et by a tenth and a half. Sorry to inform you they would not help Nemesis beat my stock turbo time, with their 37r, being its only change.
Set up properly in what sense? Ours are set up for fun on the street. Not the track...Come out and play on the street. Theres a line of Evo's here that will hand you
