technically you can, BUT that wouldnt be the right way to do it unless you like things nigga rigged. if you can get some extra bumper material it would be better. like how people cut above the intercooler to let more air in you can use that if you havent done that already. Even cut up under neath the front bumper theres always excess there no one will see it missing.
i kinda understand what you are talking about, but you say if i had some extra bumper material to but it in there and use the epoxy, but wouldn't that be the same as living the lights in there too???
