A ZR1 is still a corvette, like an SRT4 is a Neon, and an Integra type R an Integra. This is an LFA, not some re-badged stepchild. Who cares if it doesn't make more HP, people shelling out the coin for the car don't give a fuck if it beats a ZR1, they buy it because they appreciate the craftsmanship, engineering, blood, sweat, and hard work put into it.
