You may not be able to have the police do anything,.. and I'm not 'officially' suggesting anything here,.. but I am a firm believer in 'street justice'. I grew up with an eye for an eye,.. tooth for a tooth mentality. I've been known to carry a grudge for a long time. Odds are they were either drunk and didnt want to get arrested or young kid that doesnt have insurance. One way or the other I'd take care of business.
