Most business people put up their money for research that will create a return and/or a profit. If anyone has an explanation of how this project was financed, which some people say is a waste of money/is useless,............an explanation not related to Federal money, I'm willing to listen.
......I'd like to know why he spent so much time and money on an idea that will clearly never be put to use....... .
