Can you lock the door at the nearest "Uncle Bob's" storage unit?
In some places, people rent several units, knock out the walls and run a business out of there.
Humorously, If you know someone in the business, I suspect that there are no cars stolen from most chop shops.....but insurance might be a problem.....
