If it runs fine go with it. The compression #'s are within 15% which is not horrible.

Sounds like the head is warped or maybe too much water got in the cylinders and you have some compression loss through the rings. Old school trick is to drop a teaspoon of oil in the low cylinders. If the compression bumps up to normal, it's the rings. If it stays the same, it's in the head (valves, warped, cracked, etc. ) .
