I always buy NGKs.

Get copper if you're cheap, you'll probably need to change them every 5,000 miles or so, I do mine with every oil change.

Get iridium if you want to forget what spark plugs even are for 80,000 miles, they will be much more expensive, about 8 times as much as the coppers for NGKs, at least for the ones I buy.
