Change all the hoses, not just the rad hoses.
It's cheap, stuff is like $1/foot at the store.

Get good, proper coolant. Try the Honda stuff.
Royal Purple makes a coolant solution that's supposed to help.
New (Honda) thermostat, new rad cap.
Make sure the overflow line isn't clogged and isn't too full or too empty.

And make sure your fans come on and you get adequet airflow.
My CRX is prone to overheating as well. Did most of that and it's held good for a while now.
