I would have to respectfully disagree. The balls dont just "go out" they begin to crumble, and thats why the motor needs help....it probably goes up about half way and then starts "jumping" and when he pulls it it grabs again.

I would be much happier if I took it appart, and find out its the balls. Rather than assume its the regulator, spend 100$ and have the same problem...
