i had the entire fuel system apart and used compressed air to clean out all return lines all are clean. i am tellin you that pump was HOT

Dont think a 4 cyl pump would over heat enough to heat up he fuel like that. I could see it not keeping up, but not building pressure in the line like that to where you have to manually bleed it. I think there is still a return issue
