Default LHT JRSC Integra: heat exchanger and ECT affects

Should I consider changing to a smaller heat exchanger, or is the race version the best for this situation?:

I have the race heat exchanger installed and my intake temps stay low.
However, my coolant temps are way too high.
Since it is hot out, the car reached 220 while in traffic the other day.
How high is acceptable for daily driving and highway use on a supercharged car?

I upgraded my radiator as suggested. I got a Mishimoto full width, with 2 slim fans. Using 75% water, water wetter, and Honda Blue coolant (25%).

I think the heat exchanger is blocking too much air flow to the radiator. It is sitting in front (had to cut my bumper to get it to fit).
Would the street heat exchanger block less air and help with cooling?

I do still have A/C if that is a concern.
This is on a 98 Integra Type R with the MVM stepper pulley and 3.8 nose cone pulley.

If I turn the heater on full, the temps will drop to the mid 180's in just a minute or two.

Thank you ahead of time for your suggestions.
