Wow man....you really need a voltage regulator. Its not an option. Think about how wacky a car will run on a low battery. How about when the voltage is 150% what it should be? You're just asking for more issues. The first thing you need to do when attempting to tune a car is ti fix ALL known problems first.
Also, as far as tuning...isn't this just a stock(ish) setup? Can't you find a stock fuel and timing map and just copy it over?
