EsCoRtLvR, who says we changed the computer because we couldn't figure the problem out. Maybe after checking the wiring, the problem was diagnosed as the computer being bad after all. All I know is after everything was checked and the new computer was put in, the voltage was back down where it belongs at idle and a sweep of the TPS showed the voltage working correctly.

This wasn't our first picnic by any means.
