If you're only setting toe, chill. Set your steering wheel on center. Measure across the front and back of the tires, at the same height. Adjust the the tie rods until you get about zero. Tighten the jam nuts and check it again. Done.
You can also do a jackstand and string alignment if you have some time to put into it.
