Shit guys, I'm sorry. I guess I should update this incase someone has the same issue.
Well, the new upper arms are installed and the squat issue is gone!
The cause of the squat was the very worn out bushings located in the top of the rear axle. They were rotten and cracked. I pried our the old rubber part, then used a small hacksaw to cut through the remainder of the sleeve. Cutting a slit into it from the inside out. Once that was done I used a screwdriver and a hammer to pound it out. Installed new arms and everything else went in pretty easily after that.
Though the new bushings needed some persuasion to get them in.

I have some new lower arms that will be going in soon too.
