Honestly 250$ isn't a bad deal at all for you for that setup.. Just saying... Sony amps are usually $40-70 (and that sounds like a lower wattage one) and i couldn't see 2 12's fetching more than $200, i've seen nice alpine type r 12's in great shape listed for 180 and not going anywhere for a long time..
