that motor uses the stock STi turbocharger, and a relocated intercooler/radiator, its power output probably isnt TOO high compared to the stocker. with the exception of being RWD, the driivetrain is relatively stock, which is highly surprising to me.
The GT300 class is pretty limited as to what they can and cannot modify. The biggest difference is, this car is much, much lighter than stockwith what little weight it does have used in all the right ways.
