buying from the internet is like robbing your nieghbor, there are 100 stores in the tampabay area that will give you just as good if not better deal than 99% of the "blem"wheels sold through the big internet chains. If the net has a wheel or tire for a drasticly cheeper price, there is a reason, trust in that.
