I had a similar issue with a ka. I idled it full heat with the bleeder screw out, set the over flow tank higher than the bleeder and ran about two full tanks of water through the system until the bubbles were down to a little one every couple minutes, down from a few every ten seconds or so. It took maybe 30 minutes.
