yeah v8's are great, but most of the v8's people bring up arent even production based motors anyway.
what gm motor, stock internally, can make the power my little 2.5 liter can? a couple, yes, but then again theres 50+ years of gm v8's that wont even come close to staying togather over 700 whp.
ive learned one thing when it comes to racing, its the guys bashing on a certain make or model that useually have no fucking clue, what there doing. go hangout with some of the guys that actually work on 7 second cars... they generally dont gripe about anything.
ass for v8 supremacy, yes, you are leading the pack, but as we discussed earlier, only do to sheer displacement.
as far as the outlaw 10.5 class goes, theres only a couple of v8's out there that can manage to pull ahead of this car, and a whole lot that cant
for christs sake, theres a FWD in the 6's now... obviously no point in hating on any one setup
