510 would fare better with a KA.
the 510 chassis is not as accepting of power as the S30 chassis is. so you will subsequently need a cage, as your transmission tunnel (as source of chassis stiffness) will get cut open to fit the larger 71C trans)
KA and SR are popular in 510's intercooler piping needs a bit of forethought if you decide to go turbo, but not impossible.
