my dad raced scca and circle track and I was taught to always wear a seatbelt. I actually don't feel in control of the vehicle unless I have a seat belt on!!

I also received a seat belt ticket from W.H. pd years ago when I was wearing one. was pulled over in my exceptionally loud mustang for a mysterious tag lite malfunction (that worked when checked), when the officer came to my door and asked for license and registration, I unbuckled, got out my wallet to get license and he wrote me. When I stated he just watched me unbuckle he told me to shut my g.d. mouth if I knew what was good for me!!
