IDK where you're getting type-R piping for an eg hatch but alrighty then, sweet.

Swap a DOHC motor into it instead of a mini-me, even an LS would be good.

And since when do eg hatches come stock without passenger side mirrors..?

And don't badge your car up with Mugen and Type-R, especially if it runs like an 18 second quarter... which it does.

Other than that... doesn't sound too bad. I like white blades, I hope they're done nicely. Post some pics.
