i don't have to time or money to deal with it anymore, i have tried to get it done when i first got the truck and the previous owner just wouldn't cooperate, and he's 45 min away from me and like i said I'm just done dealing with it, thats why I'm selling it without the title. if someone else wants to go through the trouble to get the title from him they can have at it. i just want it out of the yard
