Its really hard to hit anything, although its mostly advertised to people who already have seat time under their belt and wont spin out all day and have a bad time. It's not a contest so there is no pressure; Its just a workshop where you go out, drive, and learn new or attempt to perfect old techniques.
You're a great driver so I wouldn't expect you to feel uneasy.
Its a great way to get more consistent on higher speed stuff and not enter at school zone speeds, but at the same time being safe and in a relaxed environment. There is also a lot of drivers who will be more than happy giving you pointers or ride-alongs to figure out what to do, or not to do. Charlie rode along with me the first couple runs and realized I really needed to be in 3rd gear to get that first turn down.
