Since I'm on nerd alert status right now anyway, thought I'd post this...
Its a datalog of my coldside air temps, along with boost pressure. Extended periods of low boost pressure indicating idling at a traffic light. High boost peaks are about .7bar, for reference.
Anyway, wanted to point out that idling hurts intake temps more than boosting. This is due to intercooler heatsoak when the vehicle isn't moving. I have a big ole FMIC, something like 24x11x3, but I could probably get away with something half that size. Just thought it was interesting.
