I always do put firm on my prices, IN the ad. Craigslist doesn't allow you to put obo or firm in the price field for the actual listings page. Only numbers now. So people see AB800 w/stand - $350, go in and click the email and send me their shitty offer.

The sad part is I've had a few people email me and act like poor joe-schmo begging me to sell them it for $200 because they lost their job. But when they send from their companies email, I visit the website and they are some HUGE wedding photography business that definitely is not hurting in anyway.

But by far my favorite is when I get an email from someone trying to educate ME on it's worth. "Oh well that there is an AB800. The strobe itself will need replacing and so will alot of other things since it's such a high powered light" blah blah blah. I'll give you $200 for everything.
