I have ES ploy bushings milled down so the subframe sits flush against the chassis, and ES poly diff bushings (S14 only.) I'm happy with the results.

Z32 uprights are a sweet upgrade for S13's. I just ditched mine on my S14 yesterday because they dont really work that great due to the shocks being much longer. But they're a lot lighter. I would advise against poly bushings on/in anything that has to rotate to any degree. They make good mounts and rigid bushings, but if it has any sort of movement then dont use them. They run out of grease quickly then bind horribly and actually become worse than the stock bushings.

Q45's are a cheap solution to larger brakes, virtually same rotor size as Z32 and pad surface area. Only down side is they dont look as cool.
