I agree the safety car was the cause of the crash, very stupid maneuvers on that guys part.

The reason I also fault the driver is the yellow flag means to slow down to a reasonable speed. You can see tires smoke as he tries to slow down from high speeds once he sees the safety car coming out but he's going too fast to maintain control and straight lines it into the safety car.

What if instead of that being the safety car blocking the track it had been the actual accident that was causing the flag instead?

If he had hit a disabled car with safety personel around it this would have been a lot worse and I'm certain you all would be blaming the driver for running the track too fast under a yellow.
