Here's a response I got from another board and found the last thing interesting...

remove and inspect ipr valve for damage.
your driveway seems to be sloped will it do the same thing if you back it in the driveway?

Thanks!
Now what?
Thanks all for your input and assistance!
This started about a month ago and has gotten worse.
It only does this on the initial start of the day, then cranks fine (Note: the initial start of each day has been in my sloped driveway).
When it started, I did not have a programmer installed.
The truck now has an SCT with a custom tune.
The truck is studded & EGR'd, it has an AirRaid intake and a 4" turbo back exhaust.
I have not witnessed a delta in the "oil light" relative to before this issue started.
No "Check Engine" light has been observed.
When the FICM was replaced, there was a sync done and they shop said they "reloaded" or whatever the term was to make it work with the ECM.
The FICM and FI Harness were replaced as a result of my Banks system failing.... it ended up "NOT" actually being either, but rather the Banks was interrupting signals and was masking it's failure through other symptoms (expensive mistake).
The oil was changed about 2K miles ago and is at the appropriate level (when I had the ARP studs and EGR mod work done).
Again... Thank you for the advise and pointers!
