Is that the part that is sewn into the harness? If yes then it will probably be Hard to find that part. You will probably have to buy a new shoulder harness.Try calling safe racer, or solo racer.

btw, is that your seat and harness or a random pic off the web? If it's your seat do you like the NRG? Is it light weight yet sturdy?
