And would you honestly call a motor making power at 8000 RPM a 'streetable' combo? A 351 block using a cheap $1500 408ci rotating assembly with mediocre heads and an F cam will make 380 - 400 HP and over 400ft/lb torq.
Not putting your combo down. 122mph out of a 306 is pretty damn stout. Mine only trapped 110/112 with a 3600lb race weight. But to deny the cubic inch rule of thumb is like the ricers falling back on the whole hp per liter BS.
