hey i threw my first rod and i made the worst decision ever and that was to try to limp home ....that means its time to rebuild my first engine and make some improvement..im prety shure becuse i tryed to drive it like that i fucked my engine up to much and think i just need to pull one and start from there..

that brings me to my first question ... my brother has a 94 altima and i have a 92 240 we both have the ka24de motor but ive knowticed a few differences like the position of the distributer is this becuse of the fact that its a fwd and mines a rwd o ris it becuse of the year of the engine itself .....also how will this affect my engine shoping (will the engine in the alt still bolt up to the tranny)

after that im still on some what of a budget and was woundering what some of the more worth while things to do to the motor while i have it apart( deff not gona cheap out on the rods and pistions but other than that i dont realy know what dose what inside and wanted to get a few basic upgrades until my smarts catch up with my driveing then build it again.

right now im just trying to get my game plan together and tips are very much appreciated
