Saw it today, cant tell if its supposed to be there, or is from someones lazy PDR work that they didn't seal up. Would like to know so when I re finish the fenders and stuff in a week or so, ill cover it up if it is.
Yeah, it leads into the frame rail from the side or something. I hate tire noise, then I see that. Awww, that can't be good. I'll probably seal it off with a rubber grommet or something.
