Ill give you 400 , I have seen this car for sale for the last 6 months to a year over and over. there is no way it could just be a water pump. sorry bro, but there is no way you are letting a 29.00 part get in your way. plus its one of the easiest parts to replace. lmk what you want I am willing to buy it for the shell but I know it cant be just a water pump issue. it it is , pay me 85 and Ill come buy the part and replace it.
